HOMEMADE POTPIE

This is a favorite in my home. I usually go all out with fresh veggies but this time im going with canned.
You will need
*1-2lbs of boneless chicken breast, cubed and cooked. Its easiest to cook on stove top with about a table spoon of water.
*tube of rolls or bisquit mix
*canned carrots, peas, potatoes
*chicken broth
*1/3 cup flower
*1cup milk
In a 13x9 pan place your chicken, a drained can of sliced carrots, and cubed or sliced potatoes, and a small can of pees if desired.
Add chicken broth, about two cans, or one square carton, enough to fill the pan just over halfway. Add a cup of milk & a
1/3 of flour and mix.
Add bisquits or bisquit mix all over the top of the pan.(you can use package rolls or make your own mix)
Cook on 425 about a half hour til hot and rolls are cooked.

**lazy variation: you may also use 3-4cans canned chicken soup such as progresso in place of all ingredients. still adding flour, milk & bisquits. I find the noodles makeit more filling. **A friend of mine just informed me she tried this and it came out great, however she used half broth & half cream of chicken soup, so there's another variation for ya -thanks for sharing Jacey!
