LASAGNA

(This is for 2 9x13 aluminum pans)
*3 boxes of lasagna (you really only need 2,but i make three incase of broken pieces etc. Its always better to have more then run out.
*2 containers ricotta cheese
*2 eggs
*1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese-shredded
*1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
*1/8 cup parmasian cheese
*italian seasonings
*hamburg-optional
*5 cans hunt sauce or one pot homemade sauce.

Brown your hamburg, you may add diced onion & seasons to taste.
While your meat is browning, begin boiling your water for th noodles.
Add a small ammount of sauce to your cooked meat, after you rain it of grease.
In a large bowl, combine riccotta, eggs, cheddar and 1cup mozarella. Saving 1/2 cup for the top. (Or more if desired)
One noodles have cooked thoroughly, drain and rinse with cool water.
Line your pan with sauce to prevent the noodles from sticking to the bottom.
Begin to layer noodles, then cheese mix with little sprinkles of sauce, then more noodles, then hamburg & sauce. Continue to layer until you reach the top of your pan, apply last layer of noodles nd cover with sauce.
Cover with aluminum foil & bake on 425 30-45 minutes until bubbling. Remove foil, sprinkle cheese on top and heat another 5 minutes to melt cheese.

Goes great with garlic bread!
